Founder
Paul Tims began his journey right out of college when he purchased a small local business called Imperial in 1979. It started as a one-man coffee company and now operates traditional vending, micro markets, catering, corporate dining, and coffee services across several states, with operation centers in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa and Illinois. Paul's adaptability to changing market trends and unwavering dedication to world-class service have driven Imperial's sustained growth and success.
Lance Whorton
President
Lance Whorton entered the convenience services industry more than two decades ago. He has been president of Imperial for nearly 12 years. Lance has led Imperial successfully and in doing so the company received the prestigious NAMA Operator of the Year award in 2017. As Imperial continues to expand its footprint across Oklahoma and beyond, Lance remains dedicated to its core values: integrity, relationships, innovation, responsibility, and growth.
Michael Dry
Vice President
Michael Dry helps businesses improve food manufacturing, purchasing, facilities, and fleet management. As Vice President at Imperial, he oversees and manages various departments, as well as organizational and career development. For Michael, helping others is the rewarding part of the role. He is a proud alum of Oklahoma State University where he received a Hotel & Restaurant Administration degree. Outside the office, Michael enjoys his family, fitness competitions, and great food.

Ryan Myers

Ryan Myers is the chief financial officer of Imperial organization. Myers joined Imperial in 2019 after 15 years in public accounting and financial reporting functions serving the financial services and oil and gas industries. At Imperial, Myers has established back-office system automation streamlining the company's administrative services, and developed data analytics that drive the focus on taking care of the customer.
